Start with digital delivery, then pick the right channel
If you’re still deciding how to use Go!BrightCart, start with the paid-file flow, then choose hosted storefront, WordPress, embeds, services, or subscriptions as needed.
Store-level branding and payment settings are best used for meaningful differences between storefronts, not unnecessary variation.
Branding
Use store-level branding when a storefront needs its own accent color or customer-facing identity. If all stores are part of the same visual brand, keep these settings consistent.
Buyer Locker branding
Every plan keeps completed buyer purchases available through the standard Buyer Locker. Grow and Scale can customize the Locker heading, welcome message, accent color, and color background. Custom can also use image backgrounds and remove Go!BrightCart branding from the Locker.
If a seller downgrades or closes a storefront, buyers keep access to purchases they are already entitled to. The Locker falls back to the presentation included with the seller's current plan, while saved premium branding remains available for a later upgrade.
Statement descriptors
Statement descriptors should help customers recognize the charge on their bank or card statement. Keep them short, recognizable, and closely tied to the store name.
Payment methods
Buyers can use credit or debit cards through Stripe checkout. Eligible Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link options appear when the device, browser, Stripe account, and registered checkout domain support them and wallets are enabled for the store. ACH and SEPA Direct Debit are not available yet, and PayPal is not offered. Manage the store wallet switch in Checkout settings; the former seller/store payment-method override lists do not control the current checkout.
Go!BrightCart's own billing is separate from a seller's storefront checkout. Paid Go!BrightCart plans collect a card for recurring billing; the free Launch plan does not require a billing card. AI-credit packs accept cards and Link, with eligible express wallets where available. Sellers connect their own Stripe accounts to accept live buyer payments.
